easy ramos gin fizz

 

*giggles* that’s good head.

I don’t think I saved you all that much time, but hopefully I’ve cut down on shoulder pain at the end of the night cutting out half the required shaking.

 

Ingredients

2-3 drops orange blossom water

0.5oz | 15ml lime juice

0.5oz | 15ml lemon juice

0.75oz | 22.5ml simple syrup

1oz | 30ml heavy cream

1oz | 30ml egg white

1.5oz | 45ml gin of choice

Club soda

 

Cocktail Directions

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, and shake vigorously to chill and dilute. Strain cocktail into one tin, using a hand whipper to continue aeration and emulsification.

In a chilled glass, add in 1oz or so of club soda, then pour in cocktail to the top. Let it rest for 5 minutes in the freezer.

Pour additional club soda to lift the head. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
