the last word - without Chartreuse
The head to head battle no one asked for — but, kind of, everyone’s asked for.
I’m asked all the time if any of the newer Chartreuse “replacements” that have hit the market can truly stand up to the beloved — but notoriously difficult to aquire —Green Chartreuse.

Ingredients
0.75oz fresh lime juice
0.75oz luxardo maraschino liqueur
0.75oz Luxardo Del Santo (or green chartreuse, if you have it)
0.75oz gin of choice
Cocktail Directions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, shake, and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a cherry.
