Simple, sassy, & snappy.
If you’re a margarita fan with an upside down pineapple hanging around (no judgements), give this bad boy a squeeze.
Honestly, a few dashes of Angostura on top would be delicious too. Grilled pineapple juice?? Now my adhd is kicking in. Anyway—enjoy.
Ingredients
Pinch of salt
0.5oz | 15ml ginger syrup
0.5oz | 15ml lime juice
1oz | 30ml pineapple juice
2oz | 60ml tequila blanco
Cocktail Directions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, shake vigorously with ice, double strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel, and/or a ginger candy.
