The death flip cocktail
Think eggnog’s more sadistic cousin who’d break legs for you if you asked them to.
I didn’t expect to suddenly be in my Jägermeister era, yet here we are. I was gifted a bottle of Jäger, so I made a Jägerita. Now I’m making this. I think I’m just a glutton for punishment.
This is an OG classic from Australia, so considering that, are we really that surprised to see these ingredients together? Insanely complex and delicious. HIGHLY recommend giving this one a try if you’re bold enough.
Ingredients
0.25oz | 7.5ml rich simple syrup
0.5oz | 15ml yellow chartreuse
0.5oz | 15ml Jägermeister
1oz | 30ml blanco tequila
1 whole egg
Cocktail Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake. Add ice, shake again, and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
