In lieu of highlighting the versatility of the 2025 Four Roses Single Barrel range, I’ve picked the classic Manhattan to showcase the flavors of the OESO recipe. This bottle was giving me big notes of juicy fruit (especially dark berries), brown sugar, and vanilla. Honestly, there couldn’t be a more perfect Manhattan bourbon.
Ingredients
2oz | 60ml FOUr Roses Single Barrel OESO
1oz | 30ml Italian Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Cocktail Directions
Combine all ingredients into a stirring vessel, add ice, stir to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
