Coquito
Coquito >>> eggnog.
I was lost, but now I am found. I’ve been distracted by the allure that is eggnog every holiday season—but that ends today.
Giuseppe Gonzalez posts his recipe every year to remind people that this is the GOAT holiday cocktail, and it doesn’t even come close. While he admits if you must make an eggnog, make @jeffmorgen’s recipe.
Otherwise, you’re missing out on the magic that is Puerto Rico.

2 mexican cinnamon sticks
2-3 star anise pods
2-3 cloves
1 vanilla bean
