While I don’t get invited onto boats very often, I have spent many summers along the Jersey Shore — and that’s about the same thing. Reminiscent of those times, I immediately think of a Pina Colada, especially in the summer.

As part 2 of my video series of curating an outfit by Proper Cloth to match a cocktail, I wanted to bring an elevated, lighter twist to the typically unctuous libation—with threads to match.

 

Ingredients

(serves 4)

1.5oz | 45ml Supasawa

2.25oz | 70ml Pineapple Syrup

9oz | 270ml Rum of choice (I used coconut cartel)

9oz | 270ml Coconut Water

9oz | 270ml Filtered Water

 

Cocktail Directions

Combine all ingredients into a container that can be forced carbonated. Carbonate, let rest seal for at least 30 mins to ensure bubbles integrate. Serve over ice, garnish with a pineapple frond.
