honey, dew me
honey, dew me cocktail recipe
Time to settle the debate: who’s better at making cocktails, and why is it me?
Empress 1908 Gin has asked Justin (@thirstywhale_) and I to have a friendly competition using all 3 of their gins, starting off with their brand new Cucumber Lemon Gin.
Since we are still in full swing of the summer season, I wanted to take advantage of ripe honeydew melon I’ve been seeing at the store knowing it would pair well with the flavors of this gin.
To up the complexity and fun factor, I wanted to highlight the jasmine botanical in the gin by making a jasmine green tea foam for the garnish.
It’s giving Spa Day—which is exactly what Justin needs after losing round 1.
Ingredients
4-5 chunks honeydew melon

Top with green tea foam (recipe below).
