Silky, smooth, rich. It’s your favorite tequila cocktail with a creamy update.

 

Ingredients

0.25oz | 7.5ml simple syrup

0.5oz | 15ml triple sec

0.75oz | 22.5ml lime juice

1oz | 30ml avocado crema (recipe below)

1.5oz | 45ml tequila blanco

Chili & lime salt, for rim

Directions

Rim your glass with chili & lime salt, set aside. In your shaker tin, combine all ingredients, add ice, and shake. Double strain into your glass with ice. No garnish.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

How to Make Avocado Crema

2 avocados

1 lime

1oz | 30ml water

 

Cut and remove the seed of your avocados, removing the flesh with a spoon into a blender. Add the juice of one lime and some water. Turn the blender on high for 60 seconds. Scrape crema into a piping bag, then pipe into a squeeze bottle for service. Use within 24 hours.
