I’ve been dying to try this after Kaitlyn (@likeablecocktails) did a video on this weeks ago.
Sherry in cocktails is my love language, and if you don’t have a bottle of a few different varieties, are you even a pretentious bartender? (that’s a joke silly, calm your tits)
There’s a hit of complexity thanks to the Manzanilla that really brings this home for me. This cocktail is a sour at heart, but there’s a lovely balance of nuance and citrus that I can’t help but enjoy — probably again and again.

Ingredients
2 dashes of orange bitters
0.5oz | 15ml simple syrup
0.5oz | 15ml lemon juice
0.5oz | 15ml Fino or Manzanilla Sherry
1.5oz | 45ml London Dry style gin
Cocktail Directions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, shake, and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a trimmed and expressed grapefruit peel.
