CARAJILLO

This is my go to pick me up these days.

This is truly as simple as it gets with just two ingredients: Licor 43 and espresso. The addition of tequila, mezcal, or rum are optional, however I think by adding one makes it even better.

Simplicity is often elevated further with attention to the quality of the ingredients you choose. In the case of the Carajillo, espresso is the perfect example of choice that matters.

I’m super proud of the blend Roasty Buds and I were able to come up with featuring beans from both Central & South America, providing a flavor profile of dark chocolate and sweet caramel—in our opinion, the perfect combo for balanced coffee cocktails.

1oz | 30ml Licor 43

1.5oz | 45ml espresso
