Ingredients
3-4 lemon peels
100g sugar
3oz | 90ml 2:1 honey syrup
Steps
Muddle lemon and sugar together, let rest for several hours until oil is extracted from the peels and creates a base syrup. Add in 2:1 honey syrup, then stir to fully incorporate any remaining sugar granules.
