Ingredients
1.5oz | 45ml housemade olive brine (recipe below)
1.5oz | 45ml gin of choice
Directions
Make olive brine (recipe below). Stir over ice, strain into a frozen glass. Garnish with marinated olives.
How to Make Your Own Martini-Ready Olive Brine
0.5 tbsp kosher salt
0.50oz | 15ml vinegar
2.75oz | 80ml dry vermouth
5.25oz | 155ml filtered water
340g castelvetrano olives
Rise olives clean. Add all ingredients except olives together and stir to dissolve salt. Add to olives. Store in the fridge for 24 hours to infuse.
