If you know me, you know I love a daiquiri and foreplay.
If you remember in my verdita mezcalita video, I had started some pineapple syrup before I left for New York. With my one day home, I figured I’d throw together a daiquiri with the syrup using a rum bottle sent to me that uses coconut water to cut the spirit to proof.
Admittedly, the “Pina colada inspired daiquiri” very loosely here. The coconut note is honestly not that intense, but present enough to mingle well with the pineapple and lime.
Ingredients
0.75oz | 20ml pineapple syrup
1oz | 30ml lime juice
2oz | 60ml Coconut Cartel rum
Cocktail Directions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, shake, and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wedge.
