Infante cocktail
If you visit Giuseppe and ask for a Trinidad Sour, he might tell you to f*** off. Instead, order this.
He served me my first one years ago when I was randomly in the mood for a margarita. He replied (along the lines of), “I got something else for you, trust me papi.”
You never forget your first Infante. It’s magic. I hate saying that because if you know Giuseppe, you’d prefer to give him less of a reason to know he’s got it like that.
Put down the bottle of bitters. Drink this instead. Boom. Fantastic.
Ingredients
2 dashes of rose water
0.75oz | 22.5ml orgeat
0.75oz | 22.5ml lime juice
2oz | 60ml tequila blanco
Cocktail Directions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, shake, and double strain into a rocks glass with a large block. Grate nutmeg for garnish.
